My boiler stopped with a F62 msg. Strangely, I topped up the water (as if F22 – which I get 1 or 2 a year), and the error went away and the boiler is working.
Do I need to get a engineer to look at it and do work, or wait till another error (F62?) happens?

We have answered the question with respect to a F62 code in a previous FAQ here. The F.22 code refers to low water or no water in the system. It is likely the two fault codes are unrelated to each other. This code may also suggest a fault with the water pump. As the fault code is spurious in nature I would suggest it is to do with the pump or pump lead connection.
